Thank you for everything that you have done to make today such a success. Patrick seemed very pleased with what you were able to achieve this morning. Patrick was able get a good deal that saved him valuable time and Mr. Lee was able to get a good deal on price. I was impressed by both the frequency and quality of communication by the DeCaro team. From my perspective, the reports, conference calls, and emails were invaluable in keeping Mr. Willis comfortable and excited about a potentially risky decision and of course confident in his choice to use DeCaro International to represent him.

While I had known of DeCaro, it was Jana and Jeff, as my two main points of contact, that really gave the company a face, (well, I guess that was until I met Dan DeCaro in person today). They were fantastic in building enthusiasm for the event, getting the word out locally, meeting potential bidders, and of course coaching Nick Sadek and myself on what to say and do to get more interest. Jeff and Jana’s passion for the auction process and for DeCaro International is what I can only describe as contagious. I was initially concerned that I’d be pushed to the side and my knowledge and desire to help dismissed. Instead I found it to be quite the opposite: I found working with Jana and Jeff to be like we were all part of a team, working together for Patrick and to ultimately do what we achieved this morning. I cannot say enough good things about the two of them.

The level of communication with Decaro was superb. I felt that were were always aware of what was happening. The reports were detailed and easy to follow. The conference calls were informative and gave us an opportunity to hear from the rest of the team and to learn about where we were in regard to getting interest and registered bidders. Also, I was pleased by the mere fact that the whole team and Dan DeCaro himself was on the line for for each of these calls and those that were all here in person at today’s event. This really showed commitment to the sale, and to my client Patrick.

A while back, I had discussed the Marketing Itinerary with Mr. Willis and we both felt that every bit of the money he had entrusted DeCaro International to use on his behalf was fairly and accurately accounted for. We were excited to see the results and we were certainly not disappointed. I never felt DeCaro pushed Patrick to make a decision but merely provided valuable objective information and allowed him to come to a decision he was comfortable with. One example of this was my initial call with Jana and Patrick Willis in which Patrick decided to sell this property through Decaro, another is is when Mr. DeCaro gave Patrick multiple opportunities to, or not to, proceed with the auction after giving him information about the number of registered bidders.
